Until I learned a neat trick, I hated the cleanup afterward. Now I actually clean as I go, so after I'm done cooking there isn't as much to clean up. I also hate having to measure things, I like to just play it by ear but I can't do that when trying a new recipe. LOL

I hate getting right to the end of a big cooking project and then dropping it on the floor.
Second least favorite is cooking something especially for someone and then having that person not show up.

if i am busy and forget something that was made for a special occasion. it either gets too done or burns when i am doing something else. I also hate the clean up after wards. I actually like the cooking and baking.

While prepping, I realize that I'm missing a key ingredient. I hate running to the store for just one item ! In some cases, there are no substitutions :(

Watching helplessly as thick cheesey tomato sauce boils over in my oven and drips onto the bottom of the stove.

Not having my timing down so everything turns out at once. It's one of my personal pet peeves.

Waiting for the water to boil, which is too bad because I love pasta.
