amazing grace my chains are gone by chris tomlin
mountain of god by third day
cry out to jesus by third day
light at the end of the tunnel by third day

Turn your eyes upon Jesus, look full in His Wonderful Face and the things of earth will grow strangely dim in the light of HIs glory and grace.
I think also sharing Biblical stories, like Joseph was in captivity so to speak for 27 years after he was sold by his brothers, and not to make them fearful but to see that God has plans and sometimes we can see if others hung in with God, we can too because He truly loves us so so so much. When Moses first saw God and God said "I want you to talk to the Pharaoh, Moses said, "but I can't speak " and God said, I have given you Aaron and you can do it because I can do it Thur you.

the Lord cries with the brokenhearted and will show better days "How Great Thou Art"..older song but it makes ou realize how powerful is our Lord. Nothing is impossible for Him
