how do i know my gf is not after money or something?

i've been with my girlfriend for a few months. both of us will turn to 20 in 1 year and a bit. im quite rich compare to my girlfriend. right now, we are both loving each other a lot. however, my parent told me that i should be careful as some girls are just after money and stuff. then my girlfriend told me that her brother told her tried to get as much things from me as possible(because he knows im somewhat rich, and i think he thinks we won't last very long and she should get as much gift or money as possible from me). however, i feel my girlfriend is not the cheap type...... i do pay for most of our dates though(most guys do this for dates i guess).
so what do you guys think?

It means getting deep enough with her to know what her purpose with you is, outside the love. If you can't find nothing, chance are its money. Now if its to live a long, happy life in your arms raising kiddos and being a good wife, cool! But finding out what that thing is with her is what you need. Best way, find out her past, and work forward. This doesn't mean her relatioships past, just her past.
