I performed on stage for 16 years .I was 17 than i'm 34 now.when i first got on stage i was really nervous and scared thats normal.don't worry about it . Matter of fact enjoy it . it dont last long.next thing you know you'r answering questions on the computer.(sucks) I wish i had stage freight all over again...The more you do it the more confidance you'll get. That's when you graduate and turn freght in to power.when you get there you'll know.

Practice, Practice, Practice. Try singing/acting in front of friends and family, and soon enough you'll get the hang of it and do it around bigger audiences. It'll boost your confidence and you'll tend to be a really outgoing person. Good luck.

That's easy! If ur afraid of getting up in front of a crowd, just imagine them either in the nude or in their underwear! It works every time. U'll either start laughing and relax or just stand there with a silly smirk on ur face, lol. U'll conquer ur fear in no time.

Confidence. Confidence comes with talent. Usually when someone is scared to perform they are unsure of themselves or being self-conscious. They might be thinking "i dunno, will they like me?" With confidence in yourself, you will be saying "they are gonna love me, i cant wait to get out there!"

before you go onstage practice until you could do it in your sleep. also sorting things (i use m&ms) works good to calm your nerves. then when your up onstage look right above the audiences' heads, not right at their faces. Hope that helps!
