I'd say it already started...the pre-lude was 9/11 attack on America. Act I was the US invasion of Iraq.
Act II will be a middle east conflagaration around Israel,Palestine,Syria,Iran axis.
Act III - while US is busy defending Israel, North Korea will take the opportunity to invade the South and China will takeover Taiwan...leading to nuclear showdown similar to the Cuban Missile Crisis.
Act IV - will be the breakdown of the "system", loss in confidence of US economy, long gas lines at the pump, Constitutional rights abolished
Act V - the end...who knows how it will end, but Einstein said World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones....for we will have obliterated our civilizations and knocked outselves back to the Stone Age....

USA will use nukes again and then China and Russia will also use their nukes.
Face the facts, USA is the country that engages in war the most. Americans are the modern day high tech Mongols.
I am hoping that the next generation are better people, which they very well may be. Live and let live.
The fear over Israel could be the root of most evil and the
excuse to start more wars. I think Israel can defend itself. It is more powrful than all the Arabs put together, all the help and money that Usa gives Israel makes it very strong.

I think it will centre around Iran.
As tensions between Russia and the US increase, the possibility of Russia aiding the Iranians or the US attacking the Iranians increases.
I think the tension between Russia and the US will come to a climax over the Iran issue and WW3 will most likely be innevitable.

I think it will start after someone asks too many stupid questions on Yahoo! Answers. The world will become fed up and erupt into mass chaos.

President Cheney and vice-president Bush,,,,ya,,,I got that right, not a mistake, will hold hands and push the doomsday button sending nukes to Iran, Russia, N.Korea, and China on their last day in office...that would pretty much be the start (and end) of WW111....

Probably by Pakistan launching a nuclear weapon against India or China invading Japan. But there are a lot of other scenarios, none of which have happened yet.
