Thou shalt not bear false witness.
Thou shalt not make wrongful use of the name of thy God.

And in Hovind's case:

Thou shalt not steal.

I know who Kent Hovind is (drdino.com) but not Ken Ham. I haven't heard any bad news about drdino. I hope he isn't really trying to do something wrong to do something right! That is the wrong method, however, even Christians fall. It is so sad when that happens, but it does point that all need to have their faith built on nothing less than Jesus and His righteousness. Even our righteousness is as filthy rags as Isaiah states
" All of us have become like one who is unclean,
and all our righteous acts are like filthy rags; we all shrivel up like a leaf, and like the wind our sins sweep us away." Isaiah 64:6.

We need to look unto Jesus the author and perfector of our faith who is the ONLY one RIGHTEOUS as He is God

We all deserve to go to hell because we are all sinners. God demands that we be perfect, but that's impossible, so God gave us the righteousness of Jesus Christ and gave our sin to Him when He died on the Cross. Jesus thus paid our debt to God, and we are going to heaven if we believe that Jesus paid the whole price for our sins. Jesus' sacrifice on the Cross and our faith in all that He did and that it earned us our place in heaven is a gift of God. We can do nothing to save ourselves; it is entirely God's gift to us. Both these men need to repent/turn from their sins and believe this Good News in order to be saved.

It is a shame some one like Kent Hovind...Dr Dino...LOL became such a HUGE influential figure in the Christian Churches and yet he was doing dishonest financial deals. What a shame. Where are the true Christian leaders? Oh wait they are dieing off. D. James Kennedy....Adrian Rodgers.

The final destiny of a person's soul rests with God and no one else. The final decisions are not any of our business. We can not know and should not judge what happens to another person.
Only God can do that.

Each of us is only in charge of ourself. None of us has the right or the power to judge anyone. We only have the power to control what we do with our own lives.

"they are doing a great artwork for God." i think of God would be surprisingly embarrassed via their "artwork", if (hypothetical) actuality be stated. actual the final public of Christians agree on that somewhat wholeheartedly seeing as how maximum do not purchase into the greater youthful Earth Cult.

If that's all it took, we'd all be in Hell. But that's not Christianity is about! It's about grace through Christ. Who propitiated our sins - to everyone who believes.

Glory to God!
