i fall asleep after lunch n my class to but wut helps me is b4 my class i try to walk around..or drink rly cold water
dont sit in the same position fer along time try to move alittle..and dont overeat...

This is the way it was explained to me. After you eat, blood rushes to the stomach to aid in digestion. Therefore there's less blood going to the brain, therefore making you sleepy. It happens to me too no matter what I eat or how much.

Maybe you are lacking a little sugar which is needed for energy. Try eating less. You don't say what you are eating. make sure its healthy and not to much. natural sugar is found in fruit

it happened to me 2. I felt sleepy and tired after lunch in school sometimes. i think it is normal.
Sleep at home and relax then u won't be sleeping in class.

Yes, when your stomach is full, it's a lot easier to fall asleep. I guess it's just that your body is more comfortable.

yeap.usually hepens to me. the best thing is, try not to take too much carbohydrate. drink lotsa water. take caffein like nescafe fer instance if u rili sleepy ;) mm..mybe u shud bring along candy to ur class.n water too.
