The short answer is no. Amphetamines and methamphetamine do have similar effects as cocaine BUT they're just as addicting.

Cocaine and amphetamines are stimulants. Caffeine is also a stimulant so a MUCH milder version of cocaine's effect can be had with caffeine. Obviously it won't make you high like cocaine...
