Its where God has enthroned his king Christ Jesus to rule over mankind from heaven with his 144,000 co rulers over the earth( Rev 5:10) for his 1000yr. reign over the meek & rightoues that will be left over in the earth after he & his angels destroy the wicked: Psalms 37:11,29 Matt 5:5,
2 Pet 3:13 Isaiah 65:17-25.
There will be resurrections of the dead Acts 24:15.
These governments we have now on the earth will be done away with , deleted ,ended Dan 2:44, Isaiah 9:6.
During the 1000yr reign Satan & his demons will be locked up in the abyss for the 1000yrs Rev 20:6,7 until the people have been taught the things in the new scrolls just think people living a 1000yrs without Satan to bother & influence us, no more wars, sickness , even death will not be here Revaltions 21:3,4. Im sure i left something out but this is the Kingdom that Jesus told his follewers to seek first and all these other things will be added to you,Matt 6:33 that was his whole preaching assignment that he taught his followers to preach through out the world that the witnesses do this very day in over 230 lands according to Matthew 24:14.
Please seek this Kingdom that he so desperately wants you & i to have. And have Faith.

John the Baptist prepared the way for the Kingdom.
Jesus said: "The Kingdom of God is within you."
He said some of his disciples would see itcoming in glory--they saw the Father endorse His son on the Mt. of Transfiguration.
God's promises of Heaven are so certain that you receive its benefits now, but will eventually be translated to the Heavenly Kingdom.
But it does not stop there, because Revelation 21 describes God's kingdom coming to earth as a bride adorned for her husband.
That means that the ultimate plan of redemption is that this pitiful spectale of the universe will ultimately be the new Capitol of the Galaxies, and Jesus will reign from this Prodigal planet.
More on the plan to save us is revealed in a last-day Bible code. See: http://abiblecode.tripod.com
Shalom, peace in Jesus, Ben Yeshua

The Kingdom of God is the total assembly of all of the beings that God has created ever since God got into the creation business. This Kingdom has been growing ever since God began creating creatures to worship Him and enjoy life together with Him. Otherwise God would be pretty lonely. That is one of the many reasons, I think, He creates. The Kingdom is filled with angels, seraphim, cherubim, elders, and other creatures that are only described in the Bible as living creatures.
All of these are "spiritual" beings, which is to differentiate them from what we are, which are mortal beings of the flesh.
Many got to be eternal spiritual beings, by going through pretty much what we humans are going through now. What are now angels used to be humans. They went through the testing that God puts all His Children through. Those who pass the tests, get to live forever.
We are not the first humans to be alive. There have been many before us, and they have been added to the Kingdom, just like the next group will be, and soon.
Jesus said that those who attain to eternal life will become like angels, will not die, and will live in peace and joy without Satan and all the evil that comes with him.

I love this question. I think it's important to understand the concept of kingdoms first and then apply it to the question. Obviously a kingdom has a king and king's have citizenry/subjects who are dependent on the king for provision and protection. God's Kingdom originated in Heaven and was expanded to Earth, at least that's how I see the original plan for the Garden of Eden and His mission statement to Adam--to establish a colony on Earth that reflects the cultural beliefs and government of Heaven. (For all those who've bashed the concept of tithing at one time or another, it's easier to understand tithing within the Kingdom model. Everything belongs to the King and subjects were required to give a specific portion of their crops/etc. to the King and he then delegated people to disburse as needed. The condition of the citizenry reflects on the King. If the people are all starving it makes the king look bad.)
Somewhere along the way, we Christians turned Christ's way of life into a religion as opposed to a lifestyle that we are to embrace and emulate. That's why we are called Ambassadors for Christ, because we are to be His representatives on the planet. This is just a start, but one can easily apply kingdom concepts to our walk with Christ, providing one is willing to look at Christ as a political/governing official and not just a religious leader per se.
This is why so many people in U.S. have a difficult time with accepting Christianity for what it truly is. We were born and raised in a democratic republic and this makes it hard to accept submission to God's sovereign authority as being anything but mindless, robotic behaviour.

It's too bad you can't come to my church -- I preached on the kingdom this morning. Part two, is next week.
Here are my notes from the sermon this morning.
God’s Kingdom
Jewish Kings -- Saul, David, Solomon – known as the United Monarchy, when today's Psalm was written. (Psalm 148) Kingdom of Israel NK, Kingdom of Judah, SK. NK 722 BCE and SK fall 587 BCE.
Persians, Cyrus, Judas Maccabeus, Maccabean Period @ 150-50 BCE
Romans 50 – 70 CE -- This is the world that Jesus lived in.
I try to get to the "real" Jesus – the man who walked around. The person who lived, and spoke, and convinced people to listen to him.
Mat 3:1-2 Mat 4:12-23
Jesus – literal, or metaphorical –
John 15: 1 I am the true vine, and my Father is the vine-grower
John 10:7-11 So again Jesus said to them, ‘Very truly, I tell you, I am the gate for the sheep. 8All who came before me are thieves and bandits; but the sheep did not listen to them. 9I am the gate. Whoever enters by me will be saved, and will come in and go out and find pasture. 10The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly. 11 ‘I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.
– So is the "Kingdom" Jesus preaches, literal, or metaphorical?
Luk 4:42 42 At daybreak he departed and went into a deserted place. And the crowds were looking for him; and when they reached him, they wanted to prevent him from leaving them. 43But he said to them, ‘I must proclaim the good news of the kingdom of God to the other cities also; for I was sent for this purpose.’ 44So he continued proclaiming the message in the synagogues of Judea or Galilee.
Math 5:3 ‘Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Mat 5:10 ‘Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Luke 6:20 20 Then he looked up at his disciples and said: ‘Blessed are you who are poor, for yours is the kingdom of God. IS
21‘Blessed are you who are hungry now, for you will be filled. ‘Blessed are you who weep now, for you will laugh.
IS the Kingdom now, or later? Was Jesus’ message, "there’s a Kingdom in the by and by," or was his message, "there is a Kingdom NOW?"

“Let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also upon earth.” (Matthew 6:10) How will this part of Jesus’ model prayer be fulfilled? Most people imagine heaven as a realm of peace and tranquillity. The Scriptures refer to heaven as Jehovah’s “lofty abode of holiness and beauty.” (Isaiah 63:15) No wonder we pray that God’s will take place upon earth “as in heaven”! But will this ever happen?
Jehovah’s prophet Daniel foretold: “The God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be brought to ruin. And the kingdom itself will not be passed on to any other people. It will crush and put an end to all these [earthly] kingdoms, and it itself will stand to times indefinite.” (Daniel 2:44) This heavenly Kingdom, or government, will soon take action to bring about global peace under righteous rule.—2 Peter 3:13.
Praying for God’s Kingdom to come and for his will to be done on earth is an expression of faith that will not lead to disappointment. The Christian apostle John wrote: “I heard a loud voice from the throne say: ‘Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his peoples. And God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.’” Then John added: “And the One seated on the throne said: . . . ‘Write, because these words are faithful and true.’”—Revelation 21:3-5.

The Kingdom of God is the expression of Jehovah's universal sovereignty toward his creatures,or the means used by him to express that sovereignty. This term is used particularly to designate the manifestation of God's sovereignty through the royal government headed by his Son, Jesus Christ.
This Kingdom will bring about universal changes to the world.Peace and universal worship will be restored. Wickedness and
violence will be things of the past.

In the most important words of Jesus the Christ, "Let the little children come unto me and do not hinder them for of such is the Kingdom of God!" See it all, Matthew 19:13-15, Matthew 18:1-6 etc.
Peace and Love!
