i live in san diego, and theres a fire goin on and i can hardly breath outside the air is so bad.
im gonna be so angry if i have to go to school tommarow and breath in crap all day, how can i tell if there is class at my high school?

There should be website for your local news you can check. You can watch the news and listen to the radio. You can also call the news station and ask them if there has been a school cancellation.

Check with San Diego's Channel 10 and they have a list of schools and school districts that are closed. Or go to any San Diego channel news site or the San Diego Red Cross site.

Go on the school website and see if there have been any cancellation alerts. The local radio stations would broadcast if school was canceled as well as your local television stations. I am sure there will be a list of school closings. Back east, it is set the beginning of the year where students are to listen to radio, t.v., or on the computer for snow closings, so it is quite common where the weather can turn ugly, but I am sure you will hear something one way or the other, so keep your local news on.
