Yes! I have had many dreams about God. I am sure nobody is decieving me because they were just a dreams. I'm pretty positive this was my own mind at work, though I have had many... intense... dreams
Sometimes it was a person I saw, other times just a voice, and sometimes just a feeling God was there during dream where I was overcoming something. He said things, yes.
I had a dream of the end of the world, and 2 dreams where people gave me warnings about the future.
One was to tell people some message I forget now, and
One was not to go somewhere.
...Though nothing yet has happened.
but like I said, I am just creative at night. My dreams feel so lifelike and flow like real life, it always amazing me. I can't come up with anything close during the day.

Personally I have never experienced such a vision or dream, but I have a friend who had been declared dead and was subsequently revived. He claims he saw Jesus Christ elevated by his bed just smiling at him.He ,my friend, was screaming to die and be released from his pain and this world .But nevertheless he survived and was still every clear concerning the vision ,swearing he was conscious. He says Christ was in a long white, gleaming robe, but aside from the smile he has no clear recall of other facial features.Fact or Fantasy? You be the judge...

I actually havea a couple times. The first time was when I was 13. I had to have major surgery. I was on the verge of death. I believe that I died on that operating table. Because I woke up and I was in heaven. And Jesus was walking towards me. But I woke up before he got to me. The 2nd time was last year. I was meditating a Jesus came and talked to me (I forgot mostly what he said but I know he talked). I pictured him as a white man with long brown hair and a beard, but that could be his heavenly body. I think that he was dark when he was alive. As for making sure that it wasn't Satan, I didn't have to make sure. I don't believe in Satan, though I do acknowledge that these encounters (especially the 1st) couldn've been my imagination.

One time many years ago, I was doubting my salvation. I had a dream where I was in a room with many other people. All of a sudden I heard a sound from above, and watched as some of the people around me started rising up off their feet. I looked up and saw Jesus, though I could not see His face, I knew it was Him because His arms were raised upwards toward heaven. I was terrified that I was going to be left behind. But, all of a sudden I felt myself rising to meet Him in the clouds along with many others. I believe He gave me this dream to reassure me that I belonged to Him!

I've never seen Jesus. I've never heard Jesus. But Jesus hears me. That's what I believe.
I can spin this and say "have you ever seen Allah, etc" but why bother? We both believe our prayers are heard by the same source.
I hope that doesn't disgust you, coming from a kafir like me.
Peace
