We live in the Philippines and this company where I am working for will be sponsoring a trip to Hongkong for its employees. I really want to bring along my daughter. What are the pointers I should keep in mind when travelling with her? Husband is also coming with us.

My advice is: don't do it. It won't benefit your child. She's too young to gain any cultural education. In less than two years, she won't even remember it. And the stress of travel and change in her routine might even upset her. She will have a much better time at Grandma's, where she knows the surroundings, people, and routine. And you and your husband will have a much better time, too. :)

Start taking her along when she's preschool-age if she adapts to change well, grade school-age if she doesn't, (to reduce the stress on you both) and then she will have fun, and learn from the experiences.
