I am a pretty active person. I love going out, I love working out at the gym, I eat healthy and I always have A whole lot of energy. I am 19 yrs old. My bf though, who is also 19 is not very active. After a day at work, he is more likely to just get home and flop down in frint of the tv or computer until bedtime...

does anyone know of anyways i can encourage him to work out with me? to be more active? etc?

I am a secretary and he uses teh excuse that i sit all day why he (mechanic) is doing physical labour. But if anything, since i dont do much i should have less energy... and if his job was so physically exhausting i would expect him to be in ALOT better shape..

It seems i hit a dead end, and when i ask him to come with me, he says he is being pressured. I see it as encouragement... It just gets so annoying sometimes.

any ideas anyone? please?

I do try and get him to come with me. he says he cant be bothered... i usually end up going with other guy friends cuz he doesnt want to :(

tried that one... it doesnt work too welll either. thanks tho

you should go to the gym with your boyfriend, that way you can give him motivation and encouragement then he would like to start working out.
