I went to my boyfriends house the other day for a BBQ that he and his roomate were throwing. There was this one girl that came up in the house like she knew her way around way too much. She went into the kitchen with my boyfriend for a while alone and he didnt introduce us. What does this seem like to you? What would you do?

Did he introduce you to other people? maybe on that day or before when you first met up with "his" group. If no than why worry because he didn't do it with her. Did he lock the kitchen door or refuse to let you anyone in? I doubt it.
She could be a friend with a personel problem and she wanted to talk to him in private. She knew her way around ? I am hoping if she was a friend of his or the roommate she knew the layout of the house. How many other people knew their way around ? did everyone grab what they wanted from the kitchen or did they have to wait and ask for a glass or spoon?

Easy, next time go up to the girl and introduce yourself as his g/f.
Either she will have a "thats cool" attitude or something is going to hit the fan.

Ask your boyfriends roommate in a very general way, if the girl is his/her girlfriend. If not then the girl is more than likely seeing your boyfriend.
