KIDS! KIDS! KIDS!
Ashida Kim is a Fraud, any technique he shows is insane, ridiculous and completely asinine.
Ashida Kim sells blackbelts by the mail, has no Martial Arts experience what so ever, has completely lied about his past, lives with his mother, and is a complete utter fraud.
This is one of Ashida Kim's techniques, with the name he has given it.
It's so borderline impractical it is not even funny.
So in this regard the opponent you are fighting is naked?
How are you going to remove someone's testicles with a pull through jeans, and underwear?
Also how are you going to protect your face when you are down on your knee with your hands occupied?
Also how in the hell do your expect to lift someone off the ground with a weak, poorly mechaniced arm blow?
There are no masters of the iron fist, no death grip, and this move could never be done in reality. Additionally the creator and purponent of this move is an absolute utter fraud in the highest degree claiming to be a ninja.
Seriously guys wisen up, this is a ridiculous technique, thought up by a ridiculous man.
*edit* cunamo:
LOL!!! So 5 armed guys took you on, and you beat them all. Despite you nut shotting their buddy and dropping him to the pavement (where I suppose they just stood and watched) after seeing this ferocity they chased you, yet did not pull out weapons, where you took out 4 of them?
Man..... I call Shenangans to the highest degree on that story my friend.I mean stranger things have happened, however I think after taking out one guy (while the others would be stomping on you but I digress) with multiple nut shots, any would be attackers would be pretty wise about the whole nut shot thing and would either protect their balls and grab you while the others beat on you, or would have just stabbed/shot you and gotten it over with. But when I combine this answer with some of your other answers, it gets clearer and clearer that you don't know what you are talking about...
So while stranger things have happened... Occam's Razor dictates that the simplest answer is most often the right one, and that being that you are full of it...
But entertaining story none the less....

Well... to be performed the way you described it (lifting of opponent off ground, awesome strength required to literally remove genitals, etc.) would take a huge amount of training, and though it would be extremely effective, the learning curve is just to high. However, this is eerily similar to a move I know and have used that works amazingly. I was once jumped by a group of 5 gangbangers, all of whom I knew, and they were armed. They didn't have their weapons out when the fight started, but I knew that if I didn't either escape or take them down quickly they were going to pull knives to quickly end the fight. The move I used I had discussed with some friends at my MA school and it is basically the same as described above. When a guy would get within range ot hitting me I would immediately drop to my knee and raise one arm in a high block (usually just kneeling dodges the punch, so this was more precautionary than anything else) the very second my knee touched the ground I would throw 2 to 3 hard punches to my opponent's groin. After he fell to the ground I chose from a number of finishing moves: grab his head and slam it against the pavement, put my knee on his chest and pound his face, or stand and kick his ribs. I took down 4 of the 5 guys with this move and ran away from the 5th one. I combined this move with the "run 'n gun' method of fighting, which is where I ran away from my attackers and they of course chased me. When one of them got close to me I would suddenly stop and turn around, causing them to jump and often trip or halt clumsily, and then I would do the above technique. So the exact method of your move might not be very effective, but it holds the right idea.
Happy Training

Because the history of MMA-Mixed Martial Arts were where the UFC primarily, had fighters from different martial arts, competing against each other. Thus style vs. style (mixed martial arts) Muay Thai vs. Ju Jitsu Then some fighters started learning other martial arts to help them defend against those other art forms. (Thus, now we have mixed martial artists. A fighter who is trained in two or more martial arts) Muay Thai and Ju Jitsu vs. Karate and Wrestling And MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) is not a Traditional Martial Art. It is a sport. And therefore not an art. The learning and respecting the tradition is not relevant. Where as in the sport winning is the primary concern. Hope this helps. Shitokai Karate, Boxing enthusiast

That's a funny name.
At the same time ridiculous. Lift the opponent off the ground? Well you need to very strong to be able to do that and be able to hit the crotch in the first place. Removing the genital? Again you need to have some what of a power to be able to do that.
It probably might not work in a street fight. I'm not too sure. Why don't you try it.

For self-defense; no I don't. There are a number of martial arts moves and techniques in Japanese and Chinese martial arts that require a high level of and high amount of specialized training, and athletic performance. Another example of this is the spear hand thrust. I have a Japanese friend that spent years developing his hand and fingers for this strike. His middle finger is almost as short as his first and ring fingers and they are all very strong. He can break boards with no problem and can hit you with it like most people do with a punch. Most practitioners never develop their skills, techniques, and bodies to that extent to make a technique like this practical to use or the one that you talk about in your question.
There are a variety of other techniques out there for attacking the groin that while they may not kill your opponent from massive blood loss, they are more practical and will certainly incapacitate him long enough for you to do a multitude of other things to him.

The practicality of it is terrible but there is something awfully romantic about someone removing someone Else's Genitals with their bare hands.

no, sorry children but that absolutely woul not work even if the person you tried it on was butt naked. There are 9 known moves that can cause death a significant percentage of the time. I know all of them. That isn't one.

I've seen the move practiced somewhere on youtube and all I could think of when I saw it was too unpractical. if you are going to your knees you are too vulnerable to kicks to the head.

good martial arts moves are ones that you train to do... and ones you can actually use... umm what do you think (a similar move was in one of my forms, forms being part of the art i learned, not part of the "praticle self defense")

I don't. But, any move can work in a specific situation. Be open to changing your strategy.
