The Caine Mutiny is a good one.

Incidentally, the book is one of the books listed on the MCPON's (Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy) required reading list and is WELL worth the read.

They were expendable- Great flick
Midway- Good
Tora Tora Tora- good too and more historically accurate then most.

I don't know of any modern Navy flicks though.

The "Victory At Sea" series was one of the best and it's not Hollywood fiction. "The Caine Mutiny" was a pretty good Hollywood flick
