It makes me sooooo sad when, or the very few times I've heard, a Muslim leaving Islam and going to another religion. Nothing is more sinful!!! Sad to say that the ex-Muslim will be greatly punished in The Hereafter.
Jesus (PBUH), is very important in Islam. He was a noble prophet of Allah, not anything more or less. Jesus is highly praised in Islam also. Only Allah is worshiped and accepted in our hearts.

peace and Blessings my friend
Both Jesus and Muhammad (PBUT) were Prophets.
The proof In the Quran that Muhammad (pbuh) was a Prophet is as follows:
3:31. Say (O Muhammad SAW): "If you (really) love Allah then follow me, Allah will love you and forgive you of your sins. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."
3:32. Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Obey Allah and the Messenger (Muhammad SAW)."...
3:132. And obey Allah and the Messenger (Muhammad SAW) that you may obtain mercy.
4:13. ...and whosoever obeys Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad SAW) will be admitted to Gardens under which rivers flow (in Paradise), to abide therein, and that will be the great success.
4:59. O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger...
4:64. We sent no Messenger, but to be obeyed...
4:69. And whosoever obeys Allah and the Messenger (Muhammad SAW), then they will be in the company of those on whom Allah has bestowed His Grace...
4:80. He who obeys the Messenger (Muhammad SAW), has indeed obeyed Allah...
5:92. And obey Allah and the Messenger...
8:1. ...and obey Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad SAW), if you are believers.
8:20. O you who believe! Obey Allah and His Messenger, and turn not away from him (Messenger Muhammad SAW)...
8:46. And obey Allah and His Messenger...
9:71. ...and obey Allah and His Messenger...
24:52. And whosoever obeys Allah and His Messenger (SAW), fears Allah, and keeps his duty (to Him), such are the successful ones.
24:54. Say: "Obey Allah and obey the Messenger...
24:56. ...and obey the Messenger (Muhammad SAW) that you may receive mercy (from Allah).
33:21. Indeed in the Messenger of Allah (Muhammad SAW) you have a good example to follow...
33:33. ...and obey Allah and His Messenger...
33:71. ...And whosoever obeys Allah and His Messenger (SAW) he has indeed achieved a great achievement.
47:33. O you who believe! Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger (Muhammad SAW)...
48:17. ...And whosoever obeys Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad SAW), He will admit him to Gardens beneath which rivers flow (Paradise)...
59:7. ...And whatsoever the Messenger (Muhammad SAW) gives you, take it, and whatsoever he forbids you, abstain (from it)...
64:12. Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger (Muhammad SAW)...
When Allah says "Obey the Messenger" this does not only refer to people around the Messenger (SAW) 1400 years ago, because the Qur'an was sent to all of mankind until the Last Day.
39:41. Verily, We have sent down to you (O Muhammad SAW) the Book (this Quran) for mankind...
YOu said there was no proof in the Quran that Muhammad (saw) was a Prophet?? What does messenger mean??
It is sad that you could not see the light, what transalation did you read and by who?
I have accepeted the Lord in my heart and that is Allah (swt) and no other.
MAy Allah (swt) show us all the ture path (ameen).
Peace

That's great News!
However, I choose the religion (Islam) of my father: Prophet Abraham and my brother: The Holy Prophet Christ Jesus (pbut) and they joined not Gods with Allah.
Abraham was true in faith and Allah took him as a friend.

as salaamu 'alaikym, my friend.
Insha'allah, the Holy Qur'an is proof that Muhammad (sallaahu 'alaihi wasallaam) is a prophet! Allah, Subhanna wa Ta'ala, doesn't hand out books of His revelations to just everybody!
Insha'allah, the truth is, that Muhammad (saw) could have become the most politically powerful and one of the wealthiest person on Earth but chose, rather, to follow Allah (swt) in Islam. Muhammad (saw) died penniless relying on his reward as the same was promised him by Allah (swt).
Insha'Allah, with the exception of his first wife, all of the marriages of Muhammad (saw) were from political purposes either within the larger aspect of the developing Arabian polotics or within the Ummah (i.e., community of believers.)
Insha'Allah, Muhammad (saw) did not know how to read or write. His followers and companions who also memorized the surrahs as the same were revealed to and by Muhammad (saw) wrote them down and the first caliph had them gathered together and codified and canonized within the lifetime of the death of the companions of the Prophet (saw) after his death. The Holy Qur'an is, without a doubt, a book revealed by Allah (swt) and it has been maintained wihtout corruption, distortion or change from the time of its relvelation up to the present. No other revealed scripture can be claimed to also be so preserved.
Insha'Allah, our Christian brothers and sisters, for the majority, have no knowledge of how the faith they profess came into being. They do not read thier scriptures in the very languages in which the same were written. They read translations of translations of translation, etc., up to the present translations they are reading. They do not know how the books they cling to were developed, codified, canonized or even by whom they were written. Even the best biblical scholars can not and do not agree with one another on these points. Christianity is a religion based on distortion, assumptions and outright lies. Its history has been one of violence and bloodshed, of the destruction of whole peoples and cultures, of superstitions and ignorance, of fear and a denial of the volumes of existing evidence that contradict their beliefs.
Insha'Allah, I seriously doubt that this person actualy read the Holy Qur'an as I doubt that this person reads Arabic. I doubt that this person read the Holy Qur'an with an "open mind and heart". I also doubt that this person actually read about and studied the life of the Prophet Muhammad (saw). I doubt this because of the distsorted facts they presented and because should one actualy read the Holy Qur'an and learn about the life of the Prophet Muhammad (saw), he or she will clearly see the wisdom, beauty and holiness of the same.
Insha'Allah, I was rasied as a Roman Catholic, spent time in a religous order studying for the priesthood, have studied the major religions of the world as well as many minor ones, hold degrees in philosophy, physics, education and the arts, read and write ( and speak some) in many languages and have reflected much on spiritual matters in my life time of fifty plus years. I have never found a faith that is as complete, as all encompassing nor as beautiful as Islam. I have never found an example of man as good and as worhty of being followed as that of the Prophet Muhammad (saw). Alhumdulillah! I give thanks to Allah, Subhanna wa Ta'ala, with each salaat and dua that I make for having guided me to the undoubtable truth of Islam and for having allowed me to learn about the life and lived example of the Last Prophet (saw).
Insha'Allah, remember that those who Allah, Subhanna wa Ta'ala, guides are truly guided and those whom He leaves astray none can guide to the truth but He. If you have read the Holy Qur'an then Allah (swt) has guided you to the truth and has put the same into your very hands! How can you deny the same? Insha'Allah, when I was first so guided, I realized that I could not deny it. Alhumdulillah!
Ash hadu an laa ilaha ill-Allaah, wahdau la sharika lah wa ash-hadu anna Muhammadan abduhu wa Rasuluh!
Anything that I may have said that is correct and helpful is from Allah, Subhanna wa Ta'ala. all praise and glory is for Him and to Him alone. Any mistakes or errors that I may have made are mine own and I ask Allah, Subhanna wa Ta'ala, to forgive my mistakes and errors and to guide me to the truth. Alhumdulillah!
Ma'a salaam.

that is ridiculous....the koran confirms Mohammads prophethood all thru out and he died with little money and thru out his prophethood he would give the food he had to others and live off of dates and milk and he had options for riches from all the wealthy rulers and was offerred everything you could imagine to give up the call to the monothestic religion, but he never did.....He was the best human in the eyes of God.

Anyone can be a prophet. Take any forthcomming event and prophecy that it will happen before it actually does. You have a 50/50 chance of being right.
And if you are wrong, you can usually say, not yet.

Sounds like they went out of the frying pan and into the fire.
All they did was swap one set of twaddle for a different set of twaddle.
