what are some good tier 3 or tier 4 law schools that specialize in IP, like for example franklin pierce is tier 3, but they beat a lota tier 1 and 2 schools for IP

john marshall is good for IP? what about depaul, or michigan state , how do each of these schools rank? and are there any others i havent mentioned that deserve some recognition?
