Hey everyone. I've started attending a new church about a month ago. There is a cute girl there that I know is single and I've heard she is looking for a guy as well. Being the new guy there, what would be the best way for me to get to ask her out on a date without it being awkward?

This is perfect for you, introduce yourself to her since you are in fact new. Talk to her and if you guys seem to get along just ask her out for sometime. It is only awkward if you allow it to be. I have asked girls out from a class that went horribly awkward at the time, but the days after I just acted normal and just spoke to her like I always would, as if nothing happened. No harm no foul.
