I'm 11 an i wanna know if its ok to use myspace if not then i wll delete my account on there tell me please

I think 11 year olds should not be on myspace. They are too young. Anyhow if you are 11 then that means you had to lie about your age and birthdate to sign up for a myspace account.
You have to be 14 i think, so if you have to lie to get something then you don't need it.

That is entirely up to you and your parents. If you want to keep it, I suggest you don't put up any personal information about you on there. For example, don't post places you'll be going, your address, things like that. Accept only friends who you know in real life. Don't accept random people. And please, don't try and put revealing pictures of yourself on there, that's just wrong at your age.
Besides, you aren't even supposed to have a MySpace account. You're supposed to be 14 or older. If you're really 11, you're not even supposed to be able to post any questions on here.

if you're going to have an account make sure it's OK with your parents, & set your profile to private & require your last name or E-Mail for people to message you or ask to be your friend. Also, don't message or have people as friends who you don't actually know in real life. i've come across more then my fair share of sick people on there, but I've also met a lot of nice people on there too. Something else you should do is have your parents look at what information you have up on your profile, if there's something or someone they don't like on there, just remove it. Any guide lines your parents set up for you, just go ahead & follow, it will make your life easier.

no, myspace is a place for people to meet other people who they do not know. It requires a knowledge and understanding of adult relationships and understanding. Not for children, under any circumstances. This is not a happy safe world we live in, its full of very sick people who are looking for naive little girls who think myspace is innocent and fun.

well, yeah, i think that age is too young to have a myspace because ... your saying your age on the internet, and you should only have a myspace or faceobook when you are old enough to realize that you should Never put your name on the internet, you just shouldnt.

Under adult supervision.
Both of my children have received undesirable e-mails from strangers through my space. A single "Get lost." will deter most. For the one persistant jerk who kept sending e-mails I sent him an e-mail using my credentials as a network security specialist and quoting title, chapter, and section of the law that I would prosecute him under if he didn't cease and desist. That put an end to that one.
Moral of the story - Under adult supervision.

What do your parent's think?
My son will not at 11 unless I have access to his password and can check his account from time to time. What works for my family may not work for yours though.
