1 bowl of Total cereal in the morning with 1% milk, then two slimfast drinks-one at lunch and one at dinner...and bananas in between meals. Exercise of course too.

sounds very unhealthy, you need to eat vegetables and protein and more fruits.
exercise and drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.

Eat what you want as much as you want early in the day then have a low fat snack at dinner time, nothing heavy after 4 pm. You will find that the weight will start to drop off at a rate of 1-2 lbs a week.

slimfast... not a good idea. Plus you need to eat reall food! Consult your doctor for a healthy diet. If you dont you will encounter MALNUTRITION.

yeah slimfast isnt good, try something that u can stick to forever. just get used to eating light and excersizing!

health wise no.but hell if it wuld help me loose weight id try it.but really you need a healthier diet.
