Okay so a bunch of celebrities take them. Does that mean they work?

uhh it's kinda true that they take them.
Kiera Knightly had to stop taking them because the movie she had to be in she had to gain some weight. In America's next top model they caught a girl taking some diet pills. They must work somehow. Soooo yea.

When they can afford personal trainers and personal chefs..I'm not sure that they would need something like a caffeine pill to help them lose weight. I'm sure their personal trainers would advise that they don't really work and are not really needed when exercising and eating right...

no, the results vary with different people. but most diet pills don't work, waste of money really. if you take them you have to work out and eat right, but why not change the life style and just do all that with out the pills?
