I used to work at a Wendy's when I was in high school close to a major college, and frat guys came in all the time and bought a thing of the Frosty Jr. cups. They're a little bigger than a shot, but you can get them pretty cheap.

I got some at the Party Outlet (not sure of the name). It's in Carriage Place off of Sawmill, and Bethel rd. I think most party stores like that carry them. Hope this helps.

go to wal mart. look in the section where the paper plates and the red party cups are. You will find them there.
