Try looking at Savage Rifles. They make both lefthanded centerfire rifles for target and hunting as well as a couple of left handed 22 rimfires. They are by far one of the more reasonably priced gun makers in the US.

I looked into this a few years back, as I'm lefthanded. Remington makes a number of center fire rifles, as well as shotguns, for lefties. I think they make a couple of left handed rimfire rifles too, but I'm not sure. There are other brands too; there's even left handed AR 15s made by Stag Arms.
I have two rifles right now, a Remington 7600 in 30-06, which is a pump action rifle; and a lever action Marlin 1895GS in 45-70. While they aren't specifically for left handed people, they've worked out pretty good for me.
Still, I wouldn't mind a left handed bolt action. You're question inspires me to do some gun shopping...

Savage and Weatherby are the only makers who regularly make left handed bolt rifles and sell them for the same price as right handed. Winchester and Remington must be ordered from their custom shop, and cost a lot more. Lever action, slide action, or semi-autos are not "handed"

Pump and lever actions are good for southpaws. I know remington and savage make and sell left hand bolt action jobbies. If you want a new one check out the savage 110 left hand 30-06; right out of the box they are very accurate and reliable, and don't require a second mortgage.

Left-handed bolt guns are available at about the same price as right-handed ones. They're just a bit harder to find. Simplest would be a single-shot, something along the lines of the Martini-Henry type action.

I am left-handed. I have 3 guns:
a bolt- action .257 Roberts
a single-barrel Remington 20 ga. shotgun
a semi-auto .22
I have been hunting with right-handed guns all my life; I shoot, pull the gun down, work the bolt, and get it ready to shoot again, pretty fast. Just practise.
Good luck! have fun this season!

Single shot H&R handi rifle or Thompson/Center. Handi rifle I have seen with scopes for under $300, Thompson/Centers are much more expensive.

AK-47 since it doesn't jam up , you can hold it away from your face while firing so as not to inhale gasses or get hit with shells and works really good for those pesky varmints that may break into your house at night ......

What do you want it for? Hunting? Plinking? Target shooting? Be more specific.
