Why would they get mad that you posted theire customer service number? Was it hard to find or something? I get the feeling that some places make the customer service numbers hard to locate just so people won't contact them.
On a related note, the ebay customer service number is notoriously impossible to find and people are always asking about it. So my friend posts their number in the forums to try to help people out and ebay freaks out (because they want that number to remain hidden so people will not call them) and sends him a nasty letter and suspends all of his ebay accounts and bars him from ever registering on ebay again!!! Hows that for customer service?
