Ok so this sounds wierd but I feel like i've been so stressed out this past year that it caused mental damage. I feel as though I have trouble thinking of stuff and my vocabulary and the way I talk seems like its not as good as it used to be. This sounds really wierd but is this even possible? My eye sight seems to have weakened too.

I dont think the proper term would be mental damage but it can cause various problems, and it can get as serious as in some cases where people develope fake tumors, you should find something to relieve your stress and help you live a healthier life style too much stress can break down you immune system, which would mean you get sick a hell of alot more than you use to

I dont believe it can cause any PHYSICAL brain damage, but depression symptoms include trouble concentrating on things and not being able to focus. I dont know about your eyes, though. The best thing to do is probaly go see a doctor to rule out the possibility of a physical problem, then perhaps see a phycologist about your stress problems.

Possibly. But stress usually makes people smarter. It's the brains way of adapting to new situations. But if your not getting enough sleep because of the stress, you will lose some higher brain functions. Get some sleep and see if things improve.

As far as eyesight goes, it is very possible that you may need glasses. It could be stress or genetic. I started wearing glasses when I was about your age.

It is possible for stress to cause these problems, but you might want to get checked out physically to make sure.

Stress is something we place on ourselves. Situations are not inherently stressful. To overcome stress, I suggest you sit down and analyze each stressful situation. When dissecting each situation, divide each part into something you can do something about and the things out of your control. Learn to prepare and manage the things you can do something about.
Look at each stressful situation as an opportunity to improve yourself. You are not the only person with these problems. Maybe you can learn to manage them and then help someone else. Just think, people have started businesses this way.
