Organizationally, what is the Catholic Church in England like? Since Catholicism has only been legal in England for 180 years, how did the Church re-establish itself in England? Does it have an Archbishop of Canterbury of its own in contrast to the Anglican one, etc?

It was illegal until most anti-catholic legislation was finally repealed in1828 by the Catholic Relief Act. Before that point, it was a capital offense to be a priest or attend a Catholic Mass

Nothing really. Henry the VIII created the church of England because the Pope wouldn't grant an anullment to Anne Bolien. The whole church is based on a fat adulterous murderer. (That's the Episcopol church in the USA.) = )

I think it's back to reorganization. From a geographical point of view, the dioceses might be changed a little depending on the number of people in each one, but I'm pretty sure it's the same as it was.

What time period are you suggesting the Catholic church was illegal? I know of no lengthy time period where it was flat out illegal, are there have been various ramnifications for being catholic in the past.
