I am trying to raise money to donate to the SPCA in El Salvador, I haven't done any fundraising by myself so I wanted ideas to help with this cause. Thanks!

Car wash, any 7 Eleven will let you use there parking lot and water, just call and reserve the weekend and say you are with a NP organization. Of course that is if its not cold where you are, I'm in FL so it would work for me.

Call the SPCA first and get a permit so you won't have to pay income taxes on it. Try having a dog or pet show. Entry fees or ticket sales will raise some money.

I have auctioned off items donated by celebrities that raised lots of money. Usually some radio stations will advertise your auction free because it's going to a good cause and auctioneers (at least around here) donate their time to auction the items. Contact agents of movie stars etc. for donations. Good luck! (I would do your auction if you lived close to Kansas)

you could have a bake fair, or a garage sale and all proceeds will be donated. and at the same time, release fliers about the cause so that people can donate to SPCA by themselves .

well in december from about 2 weeks beforee xmas you could carol ing for them otherwise go car washing thats what I USED TO DO.
