I'm trying to find a service pack for my friend, but the thing is, they don't have any internet connection. So, I need a Service Pack that doesn't need the internet. Is this possible? Are there any? If so, which one? Thanks a lot in advance.

Agree with Tofu, actually any media will work fine, flash drive, disk, ..... Download the service pack to the media and use the media to install to your friend's computer.
