My dog ran on a very rough street, a 1/4" of his pads are gone on every paw. I put quick stop on his paws and wrapped them up, he is still in a lot of pain. He's a 80 lbs. pitbull which has a very high tolerance for pain. Anybody have any suggestion on how I can comfort his pain?

take his butt to a vet! dogs don't SHOW pain like we do. it's considered a weakness by instinct therefore they hide how much pain they are in VERY VERY well! (pitbull or not..he's still a dog...i have no idea why ppl think pits are somehow "super dogs" or some silliness)
I'm sure your dog is in agony. there are emergency vets open on Sunday. call around and get your poor dog the pain meds it surely needs.

If it were my dog and he was in any kind of pain, I would at the very least, take him to the emergency vet and get him a pain shot!! I would not let him be in pain, because when a dog shows it is in pain, you can bet the pain is tremendous, because when animals show pain it is considered a weakness!! I hope he gets better very soon!!!

cover his paw with antiseptic cream and wrap it with bandage.. lessen his walk time and keep him as comfortable as you can.. try giving him a rimadyl tablet it is mainly used for arthritis pain but it still is a pain reliever that is prescribed for dogs..
