No!!!, We should rely (ONLY ON GOD,) not on angels, He shall give his angels charge over thee, Who will give His angels charge over thee?, GOD will.

Rely ONLY on God..
In the passage you gave....HE shall give the angels charge.... relying on angels is having faith in THEM...a form of worship. Scripture is quite clear about this:
Isa 42:8 I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.
Job 4:18 Behold, he put no trust in his servants; and his angels he charged with folly:
Rev 22:8 And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which showed me these things.
Rev 22:9 Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellow servant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.
Exo 20:3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

Angels are the messengers from God.....The message is always greater then the messenger......lets rely on God and his message and understand their must always be a mail man that will help to get it to you.......but let's not worship the messenger.
