I like batman whether or not he has a "secret agenda" - he's a super hero comic. We never see him on the toilet either, does this mean he's able to store it all up like some huge waste canister that flies? Batman is good with a bad boy reputation - it doesn't make him automatically satanic.

I think that Batman represents the potential of goodness in a world of darkness.
He is a lot different from Superman. Superman had a real duality. His greatness was removed from his ordinary self, he represents Western religion pretty well .
Batman is rooted in the dark and connected to the human condition. Even when he is being great, he is not removed from darkness. He is more like a lotus flower growing out of the mud, through the water and blossoming on the surface.

Buttman is normally referred to as a superhero, though he might be more correctly called a well-equipped vigilante. No, actually HES A DETECTIVE IN SPANDEX!!! WHO THE HELL WANTS TO READ ABOUT A DETECTIVE IN SPANDEX??? IF U WANT A DETECTIVE GO READ SHERLOCK HOLMES AND IF YOU WANT SPANDEX GO WATCH THE LABRYINTH!!! AND IF YOU WANT A REAL SUPERHERO NOT A STUPID DETECTIVE IN STUPID SPANDEX GO READ IRON MAN FOR CRIMEY'S SAKE!!!!
