I am wondering if there is a list of charitable organizations who list the percentage of funds that they keep and distribute? Is there a website that would show me this? Or who could I contact to get this information. Thank you very much.

Check out www.charitynavigator.org -- they evaluate charities and list how they use the money they raise.

Some charity organisation just posted it in their own website instead of the site mentioned above . Thus if you wouldnt find the non profit organisation you looking for in the site mentioned above , prehaps you may want to search for the individual site of the non-profit organisation in 88db .

Charitynavigator.org rates most charities, at least the ones they can get the info on, if you don't see them on there, they probably won't rate very high.
