We believe the earth is 6000-10000 years old.

We believe there was a Global Flood 4500 years ago and Noah’s Ark saved two animals of every kind.

We believe we were created and that we didn’t evolve.

We believe radiometric dating is completely fallacious because the dating methods that date the earth are off by a factor of nearly a MILLION. (4.5 billion/6000)

We believe that vestigial organs, genetic diseases and other suboptimal designs in the human body is due to Original Sin.

We believe that the geologic stratums were ALL formed in the Great Flood. And that the “less evolved” life forms are at the bottom because they ran slower or they didn’t float as well as the more “evolved” life forms we see today.

We believe that God displaced all the light from the stars to earth so Adam could see the starlight and that this goes against all laws of physics and astronomical research saying that that some stars are much further away than 10,000 light-years.

We believe Noah only brought all the “kinds” of animals onto the Ark because all the species in the world and their respective food couldn’t physically fit in the boat. Then after the Flood, all the kinds of animals super-evolved into all the species we see today in a few hundred years.

We believe that dinosaurs from the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous geologic periods lived with people 6000 years ago along with all the other species that existed in tens of other geologic period (Precambrian, Devonian, Silurian etc). This means there were literally hundreds of billions of species co-existing before the Flood killed most of them off.

We believe that all the mountains were formed in the last 6000 years despite that some mountains are obviously more weathered than others (Rockies vs. Himalayas).

We believe that the salt content of the oceans were so low that when the Flood hit all the ocean and lake dwelling fish could survive despite no evidence.

We believe other things too. I’ll add to the list in an other question.

"In some respects, science has far surpassed religion in delivering awe. How is it that hardly any major religion has looked at science and concluded, “This is better than we thought! The Universe is much bigger than our prophets said, grander, more subtle, more elegant. God must be even greater than we dreamed!”? Instead they say, “No, no, no! My god is a little god, and I want him to stay that way.”

-Carl Sagan

Thanks for filling us in. Pseudoscience is still a delusion.

Well sorry to be all pedantic about something so important as the truth....!! You do choose to believe some pretty outrageous stuff in the face of a mountain of evidence that rubbishes all your "theories"!
Do you believe the earth orbits the sun? If you do then you might be interested to know that the distance of the stars can be proved by simple trigonometry...unless of course you've chosen not to believe that "science" too?
As we travel across space from one side of the sun to the other you can observe a very slight shift in the relative positions of stars of varying distances. Using trigonometry and simple verifiable, repeatable observation should tell anyone who chooses to listen exactly how wrong your theories are. There is of course similar evidence against the rest of your suppositions too!! Just open your mind to the truth!!

Not trying to be critical....
And I believe in scripture alone....
You have some errors. The earth itself was created well before the 6000 years of Adam. There was an ice age that is NOT spoken about in scripture, yet the evidence it did happen is there, AND scripture answered questions that the GREEKS understood, in their understanding of the four elements. That is why Peter related to them in saying the ELEMENTS would be burned up by a fervent heat.
To really really simplify things for you, scripture 'starts' with this PRESENT AGE and cycle of the earth, and shows us what will come with the NEXT cycle of earth. That is what Yahshua was trying to show...not the end of 'the world' but the end of THE AGE, or cycle.
Your facts about Noah, and about diseases caused by sin are correct, and Torah supports those thoughts. Some of the other stuff is simply conjecture.

If God created starlight 10,000 lightyears away, then doesn't that mean he had to go back in time 10,000 years (upset the causality process by bringing energy from the future into the past, but lets not get into that right now..), and then place the stars, meaning that the world was not created in 7 days, but actually in 10,000 years and 7 days?

God is love, and watches over each and every human being on Earth to make sure he or she has a happy, successful life. This is kind of strange though, since the central doctrine of Christianity is that all humans must live a life dominated by guilt and fear and that they must pray forgiveness from God every day from creating them. Unfortunately, God's Earth-shattering powers of supreme might are easily thwarted by people not believing in Him, so He cannot make some people happy. He is best known for creating the universe, forgiving our sins, and deciding who wins the Super Bowl.

God has been known to use his Earth-shattering powers of supreme might in the past, in huge demonstrations of how much He loves each and every person. Some examples are documented carefully in the Bible. Examples include: Flooding the world, burning cities to the ground, and causing plagues, famine, and swarms of locusts to attack people.

Edwinjoe, God is love, He watches over the lives of each and every one of His children (only those who are believers and want Him to) on Earth to make sure he or she has a protected, happy, successful life by following His way of love for them. This is not at all strange since the central doctrine of Christianity is that all humans must live a life dominated by love, protection, guidance and forgiveness. That we are give the privilege because we belong to Him, to come to Him in prayer for all of our needs and requests. Unfortunately, God's Earth-shattering powers of supreme might are easily thwarted by people not believing in Him, so He cannot make some people happy because they don't want Him in their lives He is best known for creating the universe, forgiving our sins, and guiding our lives when we want Him to.

God has been known to use his Earth-shattering powers of supreme might in the past, in huge demonstrations of how much He loves each and every person. Some examples are answered prayer, healing, coming to the earth as the man Jesus to die in our place for our sins which are recorded carefully in the Bible. Examples include: every Christian, those who are not capable of understanding what Jesus did for them and those who have never heard the story of His great love for them. He loves you and wants to do these things for you too. Yes, I am a creationist and a believer in Jesus Christ.

The problem I have with modern creationism (and I am a creationist) is that there are too many liberties with what the bible does not make clear. And when you make these conclusions and scientific research proves them wrong it just makes the bible look bad.

I believe that we know what you believe as most of us were raised Christian. The problem is that you sound like a conspiracy theorist. "Science is against us! It's all Satan's work!"
Hard to take that seriously. Sorry.
