too much sleep is like not getting enough sleep...trust me i've been in your shoes. You need a thorough exam by a doc to alleviate any health problems..anemia...thyroid...sleep apnea ( do you snore).. Exercise also helps.

Sleep apnea is a good answer, you could be suffering from it and not even realize, tell your doctor and they will likely schedule you for a sleep study to see what's going on. Also 14 hrs of sleep is too much stick to the regular 7-8 hrs.

It's been proven that to much sleep can hurt more than just getting just a few hrs.

You may be lacking in iron. That can make you feel tired. You need to seek a doctors opinion as soon as you can.
