Define LOST ?
My Spirit Guide is never LOST ! So therefore if your spirit guide is LOST, I think you need to find something that doesnt get lost to guide you, or one that is found to guide you.
I would definately get a full refund. Make sure you do NOT ask for a rain check from a lost spirit guide. That could be asking for catastrophe or certain disaster. Possibly you could likely get RAIN! God only knows what your likely to get with that request.
