If you are not sure whether it is an orgasm, it is not.
Anyway, when a boy orgasms, he ejaculates (semen, which is a think white liquid, comes out of his penis). It is unusual for a boy to orgasm when he is awake if his penis is not touched, although most boys ejaculate in their sleep once in while when they are between the ages of around 12-15.
