It is hard to get a good job through Monster, as most are professional career oriented, and a lot of vaguely sorted career ops as well.
I decided to go a separate route involving Internet / Home business. It takes work getting to know the trade so to speak, but the payoff is well Worth the effort.

I applied on career builder several times and got calls within 3 days... some of those jobs are scams so be careful.. i mean if they sound too good to be true then they are. this was before i got the job i have now...
