no where will do it, even with a parent consent .. its against the law to give anyone under the age of 18 a tattoo parent or no parent. sorry sweety, your gonna have to wait until you are 18 like the rest of us did. unless you find a guy that will give them to minors .. but he would have to do it at home and thats not a good idea.

Where the heck do you live that it's legal to be tattooed under 18?! EVERYWHERE in the US it's illegal to be tattooed under 18 with or without parental consent. (Unless you know some scumbag who will do it no matter what).
Eh whatever, you won't grow anymore significantly so that a tattoo will be damaged, but you might want to check into the age where ever you live, not sure what the age is in other countries, but make sure its a reputable place, and that you're not just getting something for the hell of it.

u shouldnt have to worry about growing if you go to a good tattoo artist becuase what makes a good tattoo artist is the fact that he can tattoo u in a way that will keep the tattoo looking right as u grow thats why they good tattoos arent cheap and cheap tattoos arent good...get a bargain tattoo and by the time ur 19 u will have letters bigger then others lol

actually you can get a tattoo at an actually shop when you are 16. I'm currently 16 with two tattoos and going to get my third for my 17th b-day, all were done at a shop. i wouldn't worry about it changing if you grow either.

Ur 16 and your a girl I pretty sure your done growing. Girls stop growing when they are like 15 years old. So i wouldn't worry about the tattoo getting ruined

My advice is NO NO NO to a tattoo under age 18 even with your mom's permission.
I love tattoos -- in fact I have 27 and my daughter age 19 has six. Oh, and the tattoo that you have chosen, my daughter has the same one on the back of her neck, but she has a pair of them each facing away from each other.

well, its a GORGEOUS design. and girls usually stop growing around your age. the only thing that might get bigger is your hips, but that usually doenst happen until you get pregnant.
good luck, and i hope it turns out great!!
and im guessing you're from the UK because you used 'mum' instead of 'mom' and thats why you can get it done at 16.
