Yes I tolerate Jesus, who said, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6
What about yourself? Do you tolerate Jesus Christ?

It's frustrating, and some days it feels like a constant uphill battle against the overwhelming tides of misinformation.
I don't have a problem with people believing that their religion is right. What I DO have a problem with is those same people proceeding to loudly proclaim that my religion is wrong (yes, often without knowing anything accurate about it), usually followed by them spouting some lie they've heard about our practices and finished with a declaration that we are "Satan worshippers" (sorry, no Satan in our cosmology) and generally evil people.
I have an even bigger problem with those people trying to legislate their religion into law.
But what they believe in their hearts, and what they do as a result, is their own business -- until it starts impacting me. Then it becomes MY business... and as I just said, some days there's an awful lot of business to take care of.

it is a very hard thing to do- i am atheist but i have studied many religions- christianity, islam, judaism, sikh, hindu, little bit of buddism and my fav the ancient egyptian and celtic religions. i have friends who are devouted to these religions and we enjoy each others company and sometimes multi faith debates, but i do draw the line at being accused of debauchery, alcoholism and being a drug addict- even with no religious beliefs i try to be tolerant but i must admit sometimes i do get rather sarcastic which i know i shouldnt. whilst i have no religious beliefs i really do think nature has its own power (hence my interest in "pagan" beliefs

Religion for some people is about right and wrong. Saying that there are many ways that are right is like saying there are many answers to 2+ 2 or many capitals of Russia or many US presidents named Bill Clinton

Violence stinks, no matter which end of it you're on. But now and then there's nothing left to do but hit the other person over the head with a frying pan. Sometimes people are just begging for that frypan, and if we weaken for a moment and honor their request, we should regard it as impulsive philanthropy, which we aren't in any position to afford, but shouldn't regret it too loudly lest we spoil the purity of the deed.

No way. It drives me insane. There is no right or wrong to ANYTHING, including religion. Everyone has different opinions and it's so annoying that other's don't accept them.
