im looking to update my VoIP3211G/37 driver so it can work with my window vista and the new skype 3.1.0152 (take a deep breath). please help

If your VoIP phone worked with the previous version of Skype, then your Driver is fine. just install the new version of Skype.
If it never worked in Vista, check the phone manufacturer's web site for Vista drivers. If unavailable, you'll have to wait until they create them.
