freetranslation.com gives examen for the noun and interrogar for "to quiz".

examinito, maybe.

-ito means small when added to a word and examin means test so "small test" which is what a quiz is. i took 3 years of spanish in high school and a year in college. thats how i learned it. i don't remember ever learning the actual word for quiz.
