I have about 6 cans, some crackers and shredded cheese, milk and canola oil if that helps at all.

BAKED SALMON CASSEROLE - CANNED

1 can salmon, boned
1 1/2 c. rolled crackers, saltines
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. boiling water

Mix well and put in casserole: salmon, 1 cup crackers, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix 1/2 cup crackers with butter and spread over top. Pour over all water and bake at 350 degrees until brown.

CANNED SALMON CHOWDER

1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
2 c. water
1 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. diced onion
1 c. cubed raw potatoes
1 tsp. celery salt
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Clean salmon of bones. Combine salmon, water, tomato juice, onion, potatoes and celery salt in large kettle. Cover and simmer slowly for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, in another pan, make cream sauce: Melt butter over low heat and stir in flour. Add milk gradually and stir over low heat until thickened. Add salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. When cream cheese is thick and smooth, add to salmon mixture. Stir well and serve hot.

1 can (15oz) pink salmon, drain, reserve juice
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
pepper, to taste
3/4 cup finely minced onion
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup juice from drained salmon
1 teaspoon baking powder, heaping
oil for frying
PREPARATION:
Mix salmon with the egg; stir in the sifted flour. Add pepper, onions, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix baking powder into the salmon juice and beat till foamy. Pour into salmon mixture and mix with a fork. Make small pattys, saute in non-stick with bacon drippings. Drain on paper towel. Serve with cheese grits. Serves 4.

SALMON LOAF

1 lb. salmon or canned sucker
1/2 c. bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. hot milk
2 egg whites, beaten
2 tbsp. melted butter

Add all ingredients except egg whites. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in. Bake in butter mold for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

SALMON PATTIES

16 ounces pink salmon, canned
1 egg
1/3 cup onion, minced
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil, for frying

Drain salmon. Set aside 2 Tablespoons juice in mixing bowl. Mix together salmon, egg, and onions until sticky. Stir in flour. Add baking powder to juice, then stir into salmon mixture. Form into small patties. Fry until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
Serving Size: 4

First, boil some noodles or
any kind pasta. When done,
drain and set aside.
Make a white sauce. Saute
butter and flour,add some salt. Just before it begins to brown, add milk to make thick sauce. Put in baking dish and add favorite
seasonings. Top with pasta,
drain salmon and break apart
into chunks. Lay on top of
pasta. Put cheese on top of
that and something green.
Either a few frozen peas/ or
parsely, or bazil flakes or ?
Heat in oven at 350 until
all bubbly, Enjoy

Salmon croquettes or salmon patty sanwiches come to mind.
I had a salmon bisque made from canned salmon and it was pretty good too. I don't like to give recipes since people's taste varies so much. I recommend allrecipes.com
Many are family favorites from contributors. And they have a rating so you get some idea how others like them.

SALMON CROQUETTES

1 stack crackers, crushed fine
1 lg. can salmon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 egg
Black pepper
Cheese
Extra crackers

Mix all ingredients and shape around cheese cubes. Roll in extra cracker crumbs. Drop in deep fat fryer until done.

EASY CREAMED SALMON

1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen peas in cream sauce
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 can salmon, drained and flaked
1 can mushrooms, drained
Salt and pepper
Dash cayenne pepper

Place peas, onion, milk and butter in glass dish. Microwave on High 4 to 6 minutes or until sauce thickens. Stir in salmon, mushrooms and seasonings. Microwave on High an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through. Serve over buttered noodles.

There's nothing better than canned salmon on toast with a white sauce. Mmmmmmmm!!!!

CREAMED SALMON ON TOAST
1-1/2 T. butter
1-1/2 c. milk
1-1/2 T. flour
1 c. drained canned salmon
¼ tsp salt
1 c. peas (optional)
dash of pepper

Ø Melt butter in saucepan over low heat

Ø Blend in flour, salt, and pepper

Ø Add milk, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles

Ø Add drained salmon and stir

Ø Heat through

Ø Serve on buttered toast

Vidalia Onion Salmon with Rotini Noodles


Ingredients
1/2 cup Vidalia® Onion Dressing
10.75 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
14.75 oz. can salmon
6 oz. prepared rotini pasta

Directions
Combine first 2 ingredients in medium saucepan. Add boned salmon; heat through. Toss with hot rotini. Makes 3-4 servings.

Finely chop up half an onion and mix it with some dill (if you have any) and black pepper. Sprinkle on the fillets. Slice the lemon and place on top of the fillets. Bake at 425F for 30 minutes. Simple, easy, and flavorful. Ypu can also try a blend of yogurt, minced garlic, and shredded mint leaves. Very good.

crush the crackers mix with egg and the salmon and cheese
Add some garlic powder and old bay seasoning if you have it.
Mold into patties and fry in the canola oil
