If both have engaged in the act voluntarily then both are guilty of the sin. The penalty for sin is the same regardless of the magnitude. The wage of sin is death. This means that when you die, you will suffer both physical and spiritual death.

On the other hand, God has arranged for a pardon for your sin. The wage of sin is still death, but if you give your life to Christ, and become His follower, then His death on the cross will be accepted by God as your payment for your sin.
This will require that you accept His teachings (which clearly oppose homosexuality) and repent of your sins. Then you follow Him out of love and obedience. He will grant you eternal peace and He will provide for your every need.

Sin is sin. Both of you are engaged in sin. God (as I have been told) does not look on sin as "this is worse than that". Man does, however,. If you steal, you may get a fine, if you kill, you could get death. But God sees sin as sin.

If you have indeed asked a serious question, know this: God will forgive your sin, if you are repentant. You are not very re;repentant if you do it over and over. But, once again, God forgives sin, not me. He is the one you should be concerned with.
