It looks like a sheltie with his head in a sock. Wouldn't posting a picture have been a better option? And one without the dog's head being hidden? LOL!

Looks like a shelty or a collie with a sock on his head. Hard to see with such a bad video though.

First time I saw it I thought it was a King Charles Spaniel. Then I watched it again and realized that his muzzle was in something. Try to re-shoot and then hopefully we can tell better. But for now.....If his nose is short I'd say it was the spaniel, If it is long then I'd say everyone is right it's a Sheltie.

Fromwhat I can see he looks like a rough collie with a giant sock on his head. Was I looking at the wrong end?

wow, really bad quality video...color and length of fur leads me in the same direction, Collie or Sheltie (depending on the size of your dog).

It's very hard to tell... the quality of the video is very poor. Could be sheltie collie....

The picture quality was rather poor but from what I could make out, your dog looks like an Old English Sheep Dog. It would help if you could give us some descriptive information. This site gives a complete description of the breed: http://www.dogbreedinfo.com/oldenglishsheepdog.htm

Reshoot or post some pictures at better quality.
I thought at first it was a puppet show, so I viewed it again.
Second time in I thought it was mywife with another man, so I watched it again.
Third time through i realised it couldn't be another man as there was no sign of a guide dog.
