i was out today and saw very nice low profile tires
but i want like the lines i dont know what you call them
inside the like rims or w/e
thin not like huge
does anyone know what i'm talking about?

Low profile tires are just different size. A variety of sizes are available from all tire sellers.
Though, keep in mind that if you are installing a different series tire to get a lower profile sidewall on your current rims that you will be changing the overall gearing of your car by having a small overall tire/wheel diameter.

You can, but the only thing that matters is that the final diameter is the same. You may have to buy different rims. If you have a Discount Tire near you, they can help you decide what to do.
