12 weeks is best , it is then your decision to find them homes. Before you remove them make sure they go toa good home and have had their vaccines.
Your cat will not be sad after the 12 weeks in the wild the kittens would have to fend for themselves.
Please make sure they are not going out for breeding purposes unless they are a registered breeder as so many cats are left abandoned these days. Also whoever takes them make them aware they need neutering.
Email me if you need any more information.

Cats are usually ready to go at around 8 weeks old. Try to keep the kittens away from the mother a little bit each day, so she won't be too confused when the day comes. The mother WILL be depressed and confused for a little while, maybe a week or two. But she will get over it, don't worry. Well, Good Luck!!!

My experience is (and I've had plenty with this) that by time the kittens are 8-12 weeks old Mom cat has usually had enough of them and doesn't want a whole lot to do with them any more. I can't ever recall a mom getting upset when her kittens were gone. Unless they were too young and she was still attached to them.

The kittens will probably suffer more from the separation from their siblings and mother at the same time. Try to get people to take a pair of them unless they already have cats in their homes.
Eight weeks is a good time. I think another month is too long.

It's recommended to re-home the kittens around 8 - 12 weeks old. Your adult cat will not be upset, especially if she still has a companion feline at home. Please get her spayed, and be careful about who you give the kittens to!

Sooner. Between 6-8 weeks is the best. At around 8 weeks they lose the 'cute kitten' factor and start to become scruffy as they lose the kitten fur and stuff like that... It's a lot easier to give them away at 6 weeks becase people take them easier... If you keep them longer It might become easier but I highly doubt it. Your cat won't really be affected by giving them away. She may mope for a few days but chances are she will deal with it. And chances are you won't be able to give them all away so she will probably have a mate. If you can't give them all away please don't harm them. Try anyway possible to give them away and if you can't please keep them. Don't harm the kittens. And spay her please.

About 8 weeks or more.... Nope...They won't be sad because the mother taught them everything they need to know when the grow up they could be able to fight. They Leave their mother soon or later.... Just like we leave our families but they leave when they're little.

They are usually ready to go at 8 weeks of age. Their mom has taught them everything they need to know and it''s time to find them a great home.
Good luck!
