Teaching people how to clean them selves properly
Teaching people how to do quarantines when there is a plague
Teaching people about covering food and what is healthy and what is not, and pointing out the bad food which newly discovered that it had tape worms.. etc etc.. there are long chapters about healthy and hygenic behaviours taught by islam, why not in Christianity?

Christianity does teach about personal hygiene. Islam came after Messianic Christians taught along the Arabian Peninsula. Islam is a mimicry of Christian principals. Because of the spirit which defines Islam it trivializes the Son of God. If you want to see how Christian Hygiene differs from Islamic hygiene look at western civilizations and compare them with middle eastern civilizations. The cleanest nation in the Middle East is God's people Isreal.
I can give you bible verses that describe the body as a temple. Read Deuteronomy. God demanded the same hygienic principals mimicked by the Islamic religion today. Not every Christian practices personal hygiene, but the lack of, goes against God's principal He symbolizes the body as a temple. Before prayer, scripture reading, waking and sleeping you prepare the body, the temple for receiving the Holy Spirit. You clean the Temple for God.
Now this concerns personal hygiene in regards to character. Can you please tell me of one Muslim who is internationally recognized as a Great Person of Moral Value? God allowed a sheep herder named David to kill Goliath with a sling in a stone. Do you really believe that this Same God rewards His followers for destroying themselves in terrorist attacks? Only a fallen angel would spread a lie that promotes suicide and murder. Think hard on this question. Your very soul relies on how you REASON. You are intelligent. I can see from the question you asked. God gave you a great mind for a purpose. I will pray for your Spirit.

Much of the law dealing with ritual purity was not imposed upon gentile Christians as St. Paul considered it burdensome and in many ways irrelevant. Most of what you cite in Islam are regulations dealing with ritual purity. The Wadu (washing) performed before prayer has ritual significance, it is not about personal hygiene.

Islam also teaches you to wash your backside with three rocks after defecating.

One reason is that the ancient arabs may have needed more instruction than most cultures in how to be clean. I have spent a considerable amount if time in pagan tribal cultures in tropical rainforests, and you never saw such a fanaticism with cleanliness as those people have.

I think the answer to this is moot, since the Jews and christians today enjoy a more sanitary, higher standard of living and health than do most muslim countries. I hear of plenty of medical missions to help out muslim countires, I never hear of Muslim countries sending medical missions to Christian countries.

you mean like they do in nigeria and indonesia, by rejecting the polio vaccine, because it is a christian plot to sterilise muslims, a create a new and virulent strain in the unvaccinated children.
also the christians were mainly made up of greeks and romans originally and health was secular. they had medicine far in advance of anything up until the 19th century, diet and hygene were well documented. that is why they had sewage systems, aquaducts to bring in fresh, untainted water, the also knew about quarantining dieases and draining marshes to get rid of malaria. do your research properly and don't tie it all to religion. most of islams knowledge came from the greeks as the arabs had been allies of the roman empire for years.

Because Jesus came to purify us on the inside, not the outside. Jesus cleanses our hearts and heals us from the disease of sin. After all, no matter how good we take care of our body it will die, but our soul will live on forever.

Jesus said if you clean the outside of your body but neglect your soul you are nothing more than a whitewashed tomb - pretty and clean on the outside, but inside you are spiritually and morally dead!

Islam really obsesses over things which are trivial, even murdering people over such trite things. Like the Pharisees of ancient time Jesus said, "Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You clean the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of greed and self-indulgence." Mt 23:25

Mt 15:11 What goes into a man’s mouth does not make him ‘unclean,’ but what comes out of his mouth, that is what makes him ‘unclean.’"

Mt 15:19,20 "For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander. These are what make a man ‘unclean’; but eating with unwashed hands does not make him ‘unclean.’"

Good question!
Islam provides such detailed instructions about cleanliness and hygiene, such as:

Bukhari:V1B4N156 "The Prophet said, ‘Whenever anyone makes water he should not hold his penis or clean his private parts with his right hand. While drinking, one should not breathe in the utensil.'"

Bukhari:V1B4N163 "The Prophet said, ‘Whoever cleans his private parts with stones should do it with an odd number of stones. And whoever wakes up should wash his hands before putting them in the water for ablution. Nobody knows where his hands were during sleep.'"

Of course, that is because these are Islamic practices:

Tabari II:99 "Abraham was tested with ten Islamic practices: rinsing the mouth, cleansing nostrils with water, trimming the mustache, using a toothstick, plucking the armpit, paring nails, washing finger joints, circumcision, shaving pubic hair, and washing the rear and vulva."

Allah even provided Muslims with all sorts of helpful remedies!!

Bukhari:V7B71N590 "The climate of Medina did not suit some people so the Prophet ordered them to drink camel urine as a medicine."

Bukhari:V7B71N592 "I heard Allah's Apostle saying, ‘There is healing in black cumin for all diseases except death.'"

Bukhari:V7B71N673 "Allah's Apostle said, ‘If a fly falls in your drink, dip all of it into the cup and then throw it away, for in one of its wings there is a disease and in the other there is healing, an antidote or treatment for that disease.'"

If only Christianity was so helpful! Just think! We could all, the world over, be drinking camel urine and washing our privates with odd numbers of stones! I guess Islam really IS the religion of truth after all – who can dispute wisdom like that??

I don't buy it. But then again, I don't buy any of it. The CDC has much better instructions than any holy book ever written, and they don't claim divine inspiration, they just study diseases and how they spread. If you really want to get Christians to repent and accept that Jesus was not a savior, tell them what a messiah really is. Tell them about false prophets and how God allows them to perform miracles as a test of the loyalty of his followers. Tell them how God said he would never be a man, and that the very idea of it is blasphemous. Tell them that it is better to believe in no god, than to worship a false god.

.Why does neither teach how to cure disease? Many common diseases of the time could have been CURED with just a little education. Maybe because the religion is only as smart as the guy making it up?

Have you ever READ the Mosaic Law? The laws of hygiene given them far surpassed any of the nations around them. Laws about cleanliness, disposal of human waste, treatment of dead bodies, etc.
