I live in Ontario and don't hold out much hope for any pie mash shops here.

I am a former chef and there is nothing like G.Bells in the east end of London, and most North Americas would not want the parsley sauce.

I buy a couple of different english style pies, from the grocery stores I find the Mortimers are nice, with a plate of mash and gravy they will satisify. I also find in Toronto in the Weston Rd and Lawrence area north of the intersection, there is a Scottish place called John Bairds, they make a good homemade one.

Unlike fish and chips, most people would like to experience the pie and mash shop, just something no one has attempted, I used to go to a place on Yonge St in downtown Toronto, a place called Alfreds near Charles St, and they were at one time english people from Liverpool and had a real english fryer and served mushy peas, it is a cultural thing now.

i'm happy that 'ineffective' has pronounced because it suitable. do no longer mess approximately on the incorrect edge of the river. Come to the Roman or Bethnal eco-friendly, or perhaps Crisp highway for 'suitable' nosh. Maureen's in Crisp highway nevertheless does a depraved boiled purple meat and carrots, all freshly made on the premises. Being an oldie i will nevertheless undergo in recommendations the cubicals with the bench seats and forged iron and marble tables, and the stewed and jellied eels.

I really feel silly, but I don't even know what a pie and mash shop is.
