A friend of mine is 18 and weighs abit more then me around 84 kilograms and i am 16 i weight around 58 kilograms. he is taller then me.

He is a friend of mine and we use to play (carry each other when we where kids) he still jumps on my back and ask me to try to carry him on my shoulders when where on the beach or pool. He is too heavy for me know since i struggle to hold him and it takes me ages to stand in the water if his on my shoulders. Tell me what to tell him, i dont wana make him sad or break his feelings.

One instance he asked me to piggyback him and he stayed on my back for continous 8 or 10 minutes and hours later i had a back pain.

is it dangerous if i continue allowing him to ride on my back and shoulders? ?

Yes, it is dangerous because when you grow older youll be wondering why your back is hurting, and it is going to be because youre carrying too much weight. You will also probably get a hunchback if you countinue this...

At 18, he shouldn't be acting like a ten year old. Tell him he's too heavy for you and simply refuse to carry him any more. If you continue, you are risking serious damage to your back. It won't make him sad or break his feelings - if it does, he's being even more immature than he sounds! Just say no! and mean it.
That means you shouldn't hop on his back for a piggyback ride either.

Yes; definately dangerous for you. Your back is not designed to carry his weight, you are not a horse, and he needs to stay off your back. Your back is designed to lift and carry you , screwing with that will only screw up your back. NEVER, NEVER, screw with your back,it is the only one you have , no matter how strong it is. You could end up with, lower back pain, sciatic nerve pain, slipped disc, ... Tell him to find someone else to ride, as you appreciate and love the movement you have now, and if he continues HE IS REALLY GONNA HURT YOU FOR LIFE!!! Trust me. You don't fool around with a good strong back!!!!

Yes. It has already caused you pain. You must ask him to stop. There are other things that you can do together, like playing sports, listening to music, etc.

Your back has to last a lifetime and you don't want to have to deal with injuries. You are still growing. He has to stop.

Tell him that after all these years of you carrying him, its his turn to carry you for a change.
If that doesn't do it, next time fall down and scream in pain - he'll get the hint.

Tell him to stop. You're not children anymore. Simple as that.
